Why Evolution?
One
of the most prominent Athiests other than Darwin that you probably
have never heard of is a man name Antony Flew-He decided at the age
of 15 to become an athiest and put his full trust in Darwin's theory
of evolution-throughout his life he wrote 10 books promoting Athiesm
and staged many debates on the subject. At the age of 81 after 64
years of being a staunch activist athiest-(without becoming born
again) -through the modern study of the complexity of DNA he
abandoned both evolution and athiesm-here are 2 of his more telling
quotes-"What I think the DNA Material has done is show that
intelligence must have been involved in getting these extraordinary
diverse elements together" - "Science does not support
